The second step for engaging with – Organize the Future

Let us know what you bring to the table by telling us about yourself. That involves filling out the Biography form below. It serves several purposes beyond us getting to know you. AS we move forward together your Biographies would be posted on the site and linked to your Op-Eds. The eventual goal is for you to have three levels of biographies, each one designed for different purposes. The first two are for use with your Op-Eds. One Is the standard 100 word length and the other is the next step up at 75 words. These are the lengths that are used by newspaper with a national (Tier 1) presence and for the regional (Tier 2) presences that also work for local and similar outlets. The third one is a fuller text to let editors get to know you as a professional and as a person.

Your Contact ID was emailed to you when you completed the Author Sign Up form. It looks like 47ATH. Keep this ID — you will need it for all future submissions.

Your Editorial Biographies

Each biography version serves a different editorial purpose. Please write each one as its own piece. Your Contact ID links all versions to your author record automatically.

One strong sentence of context, one of authority. The tightest version of your credentials — what matters most in the fewest words.
Lead with your strongest institutional credential. Name your most significant prior publication or position. Connect directly to the subject of the piece you are submitting.
Your complete source biography for editorial reference. Write everything relevant here — your full career arc, positions held, publications, expertise, and background. Editors draw from this when customizing your bio for specific outlets.

List your most relevant and credible placements. Format: Outlet | Article Title | Year. Start with your strongest placement.

Career History

Prior positions that establish your authority — government roles, academic chairs, editorial appointments, advisory positions. Help editors understand the full weight of your background.
